In which circumstances will I receive a full refund?

・If the merchant fails to provide services within 15 minutes, you can request a full refund.
・If the service does not match product details, you have the right to refuse the service and contact customer service for a full refund.
・For any force majeure factors (e.g., typhoons and earthquakes) that make the itinerary impossible, please contact the merchant and notify FunNow customer service on the "booking time day."
・If the government or relevant units have not made any announcements regarding any force majeure factors (e.g., fronts or typhoons), orders still need to be followed by Cancellations Rules. On the contrary, please get in touch with our customer service for follow-up.
・The policy of Rescheduling / Refund may vary from different packages; please read the “Notice” of each one carefully.
