Refund Policy
・If it is during the full refund period, the full amount will be refunded to the original credit card account, and the original Fun Coins and promo codes will be returned. However, it cannot be reissued if the promo code has expired.
・If it is during the partial refund period, the partial amount will be refunded to the original credit card account according to the product's refund policy; Fun Coins will be returned, but the promo code will be non-refundable.
・If it exceeds the time that the order can be changed for this product, it cannot be modified or refunded. Orders that have expired cannot be modified or refunded.
・For orders including special packages, during scheduled activities, etc., the unsubscribe rules marked in the product content and cancellation & rescheduling policy shall prevail.

・Please contact online customer service within 3 working days regarding repeated bookings or payment issues. Orders beyond the time limit cannot be modified or refunded.
・Please contact online customer service as soon as possible if there are any issues from the merchants’ side instead of canceling yourself.
・You agree to the cancellation and rescheduling policy the moment you make a booking request.
・Merchants have the right to charge the full fee if they fail to attend at the scheduled time or do not contact customer service in advance.
・Credit card refunds will be refunded to the original payment credit card, and your credit card company will take about 14 working days to process; as the credit card settlement date varies with each card-issuing bank, the credit card refund may appear on the next month's bill, to confirm the refund status, please contact your bank or credit card company yourself.
