Open "Member" → "My Gift Box" → Click on the gift you want to cancel → Click "Cancel Order" at the bottom. However, the gift is deemed to have been received if the recipient has completed the reservation; you cannot cancel or withdraw the gift box that was sent.
Gift Refund Policy
- After the recipient selects the usage time of the gift to complete the reservation, the gift will belong to the recipient, and the sender cannot cancel or withdraw the gift.
- Although the recipient of the gift is the owner of the gift after completing the reservation upon choosing the usage time of the gift, it is not possible to cancel or request a refund once the reservation is completed on FunNow.
- If
(1) the recipient of the gift does not open the gift box within three days after the sender of the gift purchases the gift;
(2) the recipient of the gift does not select the usage time of the gift to complete the reservation within 14 days after opening the gift box;
(3) the sender of the gift voluntarily cancels the gift before the recipient of the gift chooses the usage time of the gift to complete the reservation;
(4) the gift purchased by the sender of the gift has been removed by the Merchant, or due to store closure, the amount of the gift purchased will be fully refunded to the sender according to the gift purchase method. In addition, the Fun Coins and promo codes used will be refunded to the sender.
Please note that the validity of the promo code will not be extended due to the refund. If the validity of the promo code expires at the time of the refund, the promo code will be invalid.
- After the gift box is sent, the sender of the gift can request to cancel the gift box before the recipient has completed the gift collection to cancel the gift purchased.
After the gift box is sent and before the recipient of the gift opens the gift box (the maximum period is three days), the sender of the gift can cancel the gift box through the system at any time;
If the recipient of the gift has opened the gift box, before the gift is received or the collection period expires (the maximum collection period is 14 days after opening the gift box), the sender of the gift can only cancel the gift box manually through customer service.
Please note that there will be a time gap in customer service operations. Therefore, if the gift box is manually canceled through customer service, it is possible that the gift box cannot be successfully canceled because the recipient has completed the gift collection during the process.
- The number of days in this clause shall be calculated on the first day from the day following the occurrence of the prerequisite event until 23:59:59 of the last day.
- Each gift can only be used once and cannot be split or partially refunded.
