・The service provided differs significantly from the description on the FunNow platform.
・Force majeure events, such as typhoons or earthquakes, may prevent you from attending. Please don't hesitate to contact both the merchant and FunNow Customer Support on the day of your booking.
・If bad weather or other factors occur but no official suspension notice (e.g., government-declared closure or flight cancellation) has been issued, cancellations will follow the product’s existing policy.
・If a national or international authority issues a travel restriction or safety advisory affecting your booking, don't hesitate to contact FunNow Customer Support for assistance.
・Certain products may have additional specific rules as stated in their own Cancellation & Change Policy.
