Fun Coins will be refunded under the following conditions:
・Full Refund:
If canceled within the full refund period, the amount will be refunded to your original credit card, and the used Fun Coins will be fully returned.
・Partial Refund:
If canceled within the partial refund period, the refund will follow the product’s policy:
- The deposit will be deducted first, and the remaining amount and Fun Coins will be refunded.
- If the remaining balance is insufficient, the difference will be deducted from Fun Coins.
- If still insufficient, no further refund will be issued.
- Promo codes are considered used and will not be refunded.
・Force Majeure Cancellation:
If the booking is canceled due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters) and qualifies for a full refund, the used Fun Coins will also be fully refunded.
