Go to “Orders” → Select the booking → Tap “Cancel Order” at the bottom of the page.
(1) Refund Policy
・Full Refund:
If canceled within the fully refund period, the amount will be refunded to your original credit card, along with any used Fun Coins and promo codes. (Expired promo codes will not be reissued.)
・Partial Refund:
If canceled within the partial refund period, refunds will be processed according to the product’s cancellation policy:
1. The deposit will be deducted first, and the remaining amount and Fun Coins will be refunded.
2. If the remaining balance is insufficient, it will be deducted from Fun Coins; if still inadequate, no refund will be issued.
3. Promo codes are considered used and will not be refunded.
・Expired Timeframe:
Once the allowable modification or cancellation period has passed, refunds and changes will no longer be accepted.
・Special Packages / Events:
Please refer to the product’s Booking Change & Cancellation Policy for specific terms.
(2) Special Cases
・Duplicate Bookings / Payment Issues:
Please contact Customer Support within 3 business days. Late requests cannot be processed.
・Merchant Unable to Provide Service:
Please contact Customer Support immediately for assistance. Do not cancel the booking yourself.
・No-show:
If you fail to arrive at the reserved time and do not inform Customer Support in advance, the merchant reserves the right to charge the full amount or a no-show fee. Refunds will not be provided.
・Refund Processing Time:
Credit card refunds typically take around 14 working days, but may vary depending on your bank’s billing cycle.
