・FunNow is a real-time booking service, not a voucher system. Once your booking is confirmed, the merchant will reserve your selected time slot and wait for your arrival.
Since the service is provided in real time and the slot is held for you, if you fail to arrive on time, the merchant cannot postpone, reschedule, or refund your booking.
・For Reservation Only bookings, no upfront payment is required, but a credit card must be linked.
In the event of a no-show or changes that do not comply with the policy, charges will be applied in accordance with the Booking Change & Cancellation Policy.
